Our dispatchers have been with us for over 10 years and are exclusively dedicated to your scheduled runs. With no touch freight and just-in-time deliveries, Venture’s dispatchers have a conscientious concern to get our drivers home weekly and most weekends. Regional drivers are home weekends and OTR drivers 7-12 days out.

We Place an Emphasis on Safety
Venture Logistics, Inc.’s Safety Orientation Program is a one and a half day program. Most drivers tell us they are impressed with the detail presented by our Director of Safety. Our successful orientation program has resulted in long term employment for our drivers and an excellent safety record by our drivers for our company.
You will know what is expected of you and how to relay information to the office and to your dispatcher. We help you understand how to achieve company bonuses and awards.
